Level 2 Technical Support Engineer – Frontend

Job Title:  SEO and Web Developer 

About the Team: The Lofty Technical Support Team is responsible for communicating with customers, troubleshooting issues, creating customized scripts to meet customer requirements, implementing and using internal tools, and integrating with third-party services. Additionally, you'll have the unique opportunity to participate in large-scale, fast-moving projects and be responsible for the development and maintenance of core services. We are looking for someone who is ready for a dynamic, technology-driven environment with a passion for learning basic development skillsets.

We are looking for a high qualified Frontend Technical Support Developer talent, who both has a background in web development and also with SEO backgroud. In this role, you will be act as a key individual contributor work with cross-functional teams to design and implement company product and the SEO work of the company's website.

Front end Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly UI elements.
• Implement frontend customizations on customer websites by solving frontend JIRA tickets.
• Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks to build scalable and efficient web applications and fulfill client requirements.
• Ensure the codebase is well-maintained and follows good engineering practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

SEO Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the SEO work of the company's website, including but not limited to keywords mining and SEO optimization roadmapping.
• Using GSC, Bing webmaster, SEMrush and other tools to analyze GSC SEO problems to provide SEO optimization based on the performance of clients' websites.

 Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in front-end development and at least 1 year of experience in website SEO operations, including keyword optimization, local SEO optimization, and website content development and optimization strategies.
• Solid foundation in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in Vue 2 and Vue 3
• Familiar with the usage of major search engines such as Google and Bing, and proficient in methods for building high-quality backlinks.
• Experience using mainstream SEO tools such as GSC, Bing Webmaster, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
• Sensitivity to front-end architecture and components.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Good communication skills, with fluent verbal English.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experiences and domain knowledge in with Vue project development experience being a plus.
• Familiarity with commonly used front-end state management tools, such as Pinia, Vuex, and Vue Hooks.
• Preferably with experience working on large scale engineering projects.
