Lean Implementation: Apply Lean principles (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, etc.) to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Process Optimization: Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance production performance.
Continuous Improvement Projects: Lead and support cost reduction, waste elimination, and cycle time reduction initiatives.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (OEE, cycle time, scrap rate) and provide data-driven recommendations.
Standard Work & Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and visual management tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to integrate Lean practices.
Training & Coaching: Educate operators and supervisors on Lean tools and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Problem-Solving: Utilize Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram) and Six Sigma tools to resolve manufacturing issues.
[Qualifications & Skills]:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous
Improvement, or Process Engineering roles.
Technical Skills: • Strong knowledge of Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Kanban, SMED). • Experience with data analysis and problem-solving techniques (Six Sigma, FMEA). • Proficiency in manufacturing software (ERP/MES) and MS Excel/ Power point for data analysis and report. • Familiar with CAD tool for drawing layout
Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive change. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Language communication: English TOEIC from 500+above, Chinese is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.
Experience in electronics or high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred. Work Environment:
