Role Overview:
We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager with a strong background in ERP product sales to develop and manage partnerships with channel partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through partner relationships, expanding the partner ecosystem, and ensuring successful collaboration for mutual business success.
đŻ Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development & Management:
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners to expand the ERP product footprint.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue potential.
- Create and execute channel sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Sales Enablement & Collaboration:
- Provide product training and sales support to partners, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell the ERP solution.
- Collaborate with internal sales and presales teams to align on go-to-market strategies and drive joint success.
- Develop and deliver co-marketing programs with channel partners.
- Revenue Generation & Forecasting:
- Drive partner-led sales opportunities, supporting them through the entire sales cycle.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets through channel partnerships.
- Monitor and report on channel performance metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, and partner satisfaction.
- Strategic Partnerships & Negotiation:
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with channel partners.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design compelling partner programs.
- Ensure compliance with channel agreements and company policies.
