Overview of Role

The CRM Campaign Executive will collaborate with Project Management & Delivery team and is a critical driver to ensure operational excellence.  Reporting to the Campaign Manager, the Campaign Executive will work closely with the client brand teams and will fulfill the critical roles of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Client Success – have high visibility across the client and build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Align on Campaign planning document and day-to-day delivery
  • Develop relationships with the Client's Brand team & align on campaign planning documents and campaign delivery
  • Coordinate with the Client's Brand team & Creative/Media partners to have materials for EDM/ messaging campaign in the right quality and a timely manner

2. Coordinate with Delivery Teams– ensure Merkle delivers the CRM campaign plan to the client.

  • Ownership of client deliverables
  • Campaign delivery timelines and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage delivery process and coordination with delivery teams
  • Give valuable inputs that help to build the Customer Journey

3. Monitor & analyze campaign performance weekly. Give insights and suggest improvements for ongoing campaigns.

4 .Prioritize, communicate, problem-solve, and bring positive energy to a focused, proactive team.

Key Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience with Digital or CRM campaign management with experience across the following:

  -  Inbound Marketing & Automation

  -  Email Marketing & Customer Journey building

  -  CRM Campaign Management

  -  Reporting & the ability to read Data insights

  • Ability to independently make smart, accurate decisions that properly balance clients' needs with weekly reports/analyses.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Strong Excel skills & MS PowerPoint.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • A self-starting orientation within a fast-paced environment with an intense desire/drive to “make things happen”.
  • Organized, good with details.
  • The primary position is located in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City).
