Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, dedicated technical business development professionals to work as a bridge between Adobe Reseller/VARs/Solution partners and end-users (e.g. engineering - or design teams). Application Engineers/Solution Consultants would be responsible to utilize end-users’ and reseller’s input and sales information to ensure and support the integration of Adobe solutions and services, addressing customer’s business requirements and challenges over multiple locations within country. The Solutions Consultant shall work on the targeted accounts independently for the possible closure, as required.
The position reports direct to a Datech Sr. Manager- Solutions Consultants

Desktop and SaaS/PaaS applications etc. - Account Management: Technical Account Management, Customer Success etc.
- Technical Marketing Management: Content creation and management, Onsite/online event organization etc.
- Partner Enablement and Management: Continuous engagement, Collaboration etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Consulting & Technical Support services activities and provide expertise to customers together with the (Resellers) VARs and Adobe by performing technical discussions, solution demonstrations, deployment and installation, mentoring, implementation, maintenance etc. to position and adoption of wide range of Autodesk applications and portfolio. This role will be accountable for Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Organize and conduct enablement activities such as solution and workflow presentations, trainings/mentoring, workshops, webinars, seminars covering Adobe/ Techdata/ Datech solutions and products for resellers and their customers.
- Analyze customer enquiries and map/develop solutions.
- Organize and deliver training courses and mentoring sessions for relevant solution sets and product areas.
- Deliver product presentations to customers (in-house, fairs etc…) and tradeshows, webinars etc.
- Deliver online training courses (internet) for sales partners and their customers.
- Support Techdata / Datech staff with Adobe product related topics.
- Create, document and publish hard and software benchmarks in the Adobe environment.
- Write product-specific articles for in-house and external professional media (e.g. Datech Portal, LinkedIn, Facebook group & Association group).
- Active participation in marketing initiatives conducted by Techdata /Datech Business Unit for technical, application purposes.
- Be an Industry/subject matter expert on allocated product group – Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Document Cloud & Adobe Experience Cloud.
Skills & Experience:
Because Solution Consultants operate at the intersection of the Adobe, Value Added Resellers and end-user customers (Commercial, Government, and Education) , they must possess strong communication abilities, excellent mathematical skills and the capacity to facilitate teamwork across departments. Solution Consultants are uniquely talented in both customer success and services and detail-oriented, proficient in analytical tasks and in consequence should be an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge and strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Document Cloud (Acrobat, Sign), or Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target, Campaign)
- Experience working with agencies, creative teams, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with enterprise workflows, content management, or digital experience strategies.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP)is a plus.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Adobe SDKs is required.
- Experience integrating Adobe tools with third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Sitecore, Workfront, etc.) is a plus.
- Passion for emerging tech: AI-assisted creativity, content automation, or real-time personalization.
- Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of project management.
- Proven strong negotiation skills and persuasion to align Adobe resellers and end-users towards Adobe strategy and collaborative solutions.
- Proven persistence and resilience in a technical high growth software industry.
- In depth understanding and knowledge of current IT landscape and technology (Networks, operating Systems, internet, database, scripting, cloud, etc.).
- Team player with a strong customer orientation.
- Good knowledge of English is required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be willing to travel as required within APAC.
- Has technical degree or equivalent qualification for the relevant industry and product area.
