Singapore, Vietnam (HCMC, Ha Noi, Da Nang), Vietnam

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale finance sector projects, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and timelines.
• Act as primary liaison with Singapore clients, maintaining transparent communication and trust.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage RAID logs, and handle scope management proactively.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment with business objectives.
• Identify risks, manage escalations, and drive resolutions collaboratively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related fields.
• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience with minimum 3 years managing finance or banking projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies; PMP or PMI-ACP is a plus.
• Regional client management experience (Singapore) is highly preferred.
