Qualifications
Solid experience building rich applications with modern JavaScript frameworks in the React ecosystem including Next.js.
Experience with react-based UI frameworks and tools such as shadcn and tailwind.
Strong experience using testing frameworks such as Playwright and integrating these with CI/CD.
Experience in developing applications on both 'greenfield' projects & existing applications.
Knowledge of common productivity tools including Git and associated repository management tooling.
Experience with functional programming concepts.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills with ability to prioritise workloads under pressure and meet deadlines.
A self-starter who is hands on and knows how to find answers and work with ambiguity
Values driven and practical in your approach.
A good understanding of modern development frameworks, industry trends and best practices.
Experienced with agile methodologies (i.e. Scrum)
Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues.
