Business Partnership & Insight Generation
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical problems, defining KPIs and success metrics.
- Query, clean, and model data using SQL and Python from sources like Snowflake, BigQuery, and real-time event streams.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on key metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS, AOV, inventory turnover, churn predictors).
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B, multivariate), providing statistical power calculations, confidence intervals, and clear definitions of success for stakeholders.
Dashboarding & Self-Service Analytics
- Develop real-time dashboards in tools like Amazon QuickSight, PowerBI to monitor funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and operational SLAs.
- Build semantic layers and reusable data marts to enable self-service analytics for non-technical teams.
Data Quality & Governance
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to define data contracts and validation checks, ensuring trusted and up-to-date datasets.
- Monitor data pipelines, implement anomaly detection, and manage alerting for metric drift or pipeline failures.
Advanced Analytics & Forecasting
- Build predictive models and segmentation analyses to forecast demand, customer LTV, or marketing spend efficiency (optional for Intermediate; expected for Senior).
- Synthesize findings into concise, actionable deliverables, presentations, memos, or dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Embed within Product, Marketing, and Operations sprints to integrate data-driven insights into feature development and rollouts.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in code review, analytical methodology, and documentation
