Ninety Eight is seeking a highly motivated React Native Lead to join our team. As a React Native Lead, you will work with a team of engineers to ensure that your applications are high-quality, secure, and scalable. You will also provide technical insights to product teams and stakeholders to help them make informed decisions about the future of your products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Leadership:
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Lead the team in overcoming complex technical challenges
- Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of modern development methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps.
Performance Optimization:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the team's efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement performance improvement plans as needed to optimize project outcomes.
Technology Strategy:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's technology roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of mobile programming languages (Swift, Java, Kotlin) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, XML, RESTful APIs).
- Proficiency in Web3 technologies (Ethereum, Solidity, IPFS, Web3.js, etc.).
- Strong understanding of build tools (Maven, Gradle, Ant), testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium), integration tools (REST, Hardhat, Remix), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins).
Leadership and Communication:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
