Job Description

As an E&E Quality Inspector, you will serve exclusively as a dedicated inspector for an assigned client and report directly to their Operation team. Your role will be integral to ensuring that all inspections are carried out in accordance with QIMA's standards of quality, aligning with the client's specific requirements and expectations.

Your main duties will revolve around on-site quality inspections of our client’s products.

Travel to the assigned client’s factory, located in Thai Binh province, Vietnam. The inspector is also expected to travel to travel to Thailand several times a month.

Work with SQEs and QA Staff to properly inspect outbound production before shipment.

Monitor mass production photometric and life test results and communicate findings as required.

Ensure any reworked or left-over product is 100% defect free (or do not allow it to ship).

Communicate all inspection findings. Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records.

Communicate with factory personnel to resolve any quality issues or concerns.

Qualifications

It could be you if you have:

A college degree or above in in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related fields.

Experienced with visual, mechanical, and electrical testing.

Knowledge of AQL standards, as well as relevant safety and quality regulations.

Good command of English required; Mandarin would be a plus.

Able to travel frequently to Thailand as requested.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Great attention to detail and strong professional ethics
