 Our valued client is a multinational expert in the high-quality lubricant industry, who has been and is currently building a brand in many countries around the world through a specialized system of premium products along with top-notch technical support services.

 Key Responsibilities

 Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.

• Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Implement cost control measures to optimize resource utilization and achieve financial targets.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Effectively communicate project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular site inspections and implement preventive measures to minimize accidents.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams. Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities for team members.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and improvement of factory infrastructure facilities. Develop plans, budgets, and execute projects to enhance facility performance.

Key Requirements

 Minimum 10 years of experience in a Project Management role.

• Experience working in a factory environment, implementing improvement and infrastructure projects, including brownfield and greenfield developments.
• Knowledgeable in HSE and experienced in site HSE management.
• Experience working with Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) projects.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven track record in leading and executing project processes, from building RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and pre-qualifying contractors to bidding, tender evaluation, contractor selection, execution, final inspection, and handover.
• Experience working with authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
