Summary
As a Project Manager at TrustScale, you will lead end-to-end AI and data service projects, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale, high-impact initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and client-facing departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. This is a key role for a proactive, detail-oriented professional passionate about driving excellence in AI project execution.
Responsibilities

Lead complex AI and data-related projects from planning to delivery using Agile methodologies.

Define project scope, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.

Partner with internal teams and external clients to translate business needs into actionable project plans.

Oversee project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to coordinators and junior managers.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Report regularly to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and results.

Drive continuous improvement by innovating and optimizing project management practices and tools.

Ensure all deliverables meet TrustScale๏ฟฝs standards of quality, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within AI, data services, or technology-driven environments.

Bachelor๏ฟฝs degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven track record managing multiple, large-scale projects in a fast-paced setting.

Strong understanding of AI, ML, data annotation, or human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management frameworks.

PMI certification (PMP or equivalent) and/or Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred.

Demonstrated sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership of outcomes.

Fluent English required (written and spoken).
