Your responsibilities
As an Oracle ERP Technical Specialist, you will be part of our Corporate Oracle ERP team to do maintenance and evolutions as well as help troubleshoot problems in our Group's Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system, Globally. You will work on:
* Technical Solution Delivery:
- Develop and implement technical solutions including customizations, extensions (using PaaS), and integrations in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Design and build OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, and FBDI/ADFDI templates to support business requirements.
- Implement data conversions and migration, including working with FBDI, HDL, and web services.
* Integration & Automation:
- Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, and APIs.
- Support automation of business processes across HCM, Finance, SCM, Procurement, etc. modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and interface failures.
* Support & Maintenance:
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to identify system gaps and technical improvement areas.
- Perform regular patch testing, quarterly release analysis, and updates to ensure system stability.
- Perform user support, if needed.
* Documentation & Governance:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, solution architectures, test cases, and deployment plans.
- Follow Oracle best practices and ensure data security, scalability, and performance optimization in technical designs.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technical roles.
- Good communication skills and medium level of spoken and written English
- Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP (HCM, Financials, Procurement)
- Hands-on experience in Oracle BI Publisher (OTBI), Smart View
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud Reporting tools
- Understanding of Oracle security models and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Knowledge of FBDI, ADFDI, and HDL data loading techniques
- An ability to adapt to different demands
- A high working discipline
- Advocate of the client oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Oracle Certified Specialist in Fusion Cloud ERP or OIC.
- Experience in multi-country ERP implementations or global support environments.
