Your responsibilities

As an Oracle ERP Functional Specialist, you will be part of our Corporate Oracle ERP team to do maintenance and evolutions as well as help troubleshoot problems in our Group's Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system, Globally. You will work on:

* Production Support & Issues Resolution:

  • Serve as the first line of functional support for Group's business users in ERP (Finance, Procurement, SCM, EPM, etc.) and HCM (Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Recruitment, etc.)
  • Deliver training and create user manuals or quick guides
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business transactions, approval workflows, role-based access, and system configurations
  • Raise and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) when product-level intervention is required

* Functional Analysis & Solution Design:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM, Finance, Procurement, etc
  • Design and configure Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud modules to meet business objectives
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, conversions, and custom extensions

* System Configuration & Enhancements:

  • Perform module setup and configuration within Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Perform configuration changes for ERP and HCM (e.g., flexfields, approval rules, lookup values)
  • Maintain organization structures, positions, grades, absence plans, payroll elements, and time entry rules, etc

* Patches & Testing:

  • Analyze Oracle Cloud quarterly release notes to identify changes affecting ERP and HCM modules
  • Coordinate with users and technical teams to test impacted areas
  • Prepare and execute test scripts for UAT, and regression testing
  • Ensure successful deployment with minimal disruption
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve functional bugs

* Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Work cross-functionally with technical specialists, project managers, and business leaders
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of configurations, and SOPs

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, HR, Finance/Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in ERP support, with at least 1–2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP support roles
  • Strong communication skills and advanced level of spoken and written English
  • Deep understanding of Oracle ERP processes and best practices
  • Ability to translate business needs into Oracle Fusion configuration
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) or HCM (Core HR, Workforce Structures, Absence Management, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.)
  • Familiar with Security (roles/privileges), and approval workflows
  • An ability to adapt to different demands
  • A high working discipline
  • Advocate of the client oriented mindset

Nice to have

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM and/or ERP modules
  • Experience in multi-country ERP implementations or global support environments
