Job Description
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
- Forecast daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
- Monitor and control in-store execution, ensuring effective use of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and optimal product display in stores.
- Identify opportunities to maximize visibility and promotions at key retail locations.
- Distributor & Execution Management
- Work closely with distributors to control their execution workload, ensuring smooth product distribution and stock availability.
- Track distributor performance, ensuring they meet agreed sales and operational KPIs.
- Support distributor teams in enhancing Obagi product training and knowledge to improve sales effectiveness.
- Sales-Driven Approach
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to develop promotional plans that align with the MT channel strategy.
- Ensure sell-in and sell-out targets are met through effective planning and execution.
- Channel & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key MT partners (Hasaki, Watsons, Beauty Box, etc.).
- Negotiate trade terms, promotions, and marketing activities to drive sales performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for retailers, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment on business objectives.
Background requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in BA or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or trade marketing within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven experience working with MT retailers
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills..
