Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Chinese to Vietnamese Translator & Interpreter to join our team. This role will be critical in ensuring that our software and marketing materials are accurately translated and culturally adapted for our Chinese-speaking audience. English proficiency is a significant asset as you will collaborate with our global team. Opportunity to grow into account management position.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support to all office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of computers, networks, printers, and other office equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely resolutions.
Manage user accounts, access control, and security protocols for all office systems.
Install, configure, and maintain office hardware and software applications.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for meetings and presentations.
Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
Ensure regular updates, backups, and security patches are applied to all systems.
Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and setup of WowSuite.ai software.
Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues related to software installation, updates, and integrations.
Guide customers through the setup process, ensuring they understand the features and functionalities of the software.
Collaborate with the development team to report bugs, suggest improvements, and ensure customer feedback is addressed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Communicate effectively with customers and office staff in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) at a native level.
Translate technical documents and support materials from English to Chinese and vice versa as needed.
Stay updated with the latest IT and software trends to provide informed support and recommendations.
Provide training sessions for office staff and customers on IT systems and WowSuite.ai software.
Contribute to creating and updating user manuals, FAQs, and other support documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and best practices in IT and customer support.
Assist in other related tasks as assigned by the IT Manager or Customer Support Lead.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities in both Chinese and English, and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
