THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client, a leading U.S. provider in healthcare services, is hiring a Full Stack Developer. They specialize in independent medical assessments and support insurance carriers, law firms, third-party administrators, and government agencies by verifying claims related to automotive, disability, liability, and workers’ compensation, ensuring accurate and objective evaluations that drive fair decisions and regulatory compliance.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop software solutions across multiple projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Lead Software Developer to deliver effective IT tools and strategies. This role is ideal for developers who want to make a meaningful impact by building reliable, high-quality technology in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop software across programs, projects, and small changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven IT solutions
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components
• Participate in code reviews and troubleshooting to maintain code quality

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• Expert knowledge in Microsoft .NET technologies, and supporting technologies
• Strong working knowledge of relational database design (e.g. SQL, MSSQL)
• Experience with front-end development using JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular)
• Knowledge of Software Architecture patterns and principles
• Able to work effectively across multiple change projects or change activities simultaneously
• Practical experience in Agile, Scrum and iterative development
• High proficiency in English, with a critical-thinking and proactive mindset
• Candidates with ASAP notice period are a plus
