Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Brand Manager responsible for managing the exclusive online distribution of electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, and tablets. The ideal candidate should have experience in the electronics industry, strong procurement management, inventory monitoring skills, and proficiency in e-commerce platform operations and traffic allocation. The role involves leading a team to achieve business sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management and Inventory Monitoring:

Develop and execute procurement plans based on market demand and sales forecasts to ensure a stable and efficient supply chain.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock without overstocking, optimizing inventory turnover rates.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

2. E-commerce Platform Operations:

Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada to enhance store exposure and product sales.

Develop and implement promotional activities and discount strategies on platforms to increase customer retention and purchase conversion rates.

Analyze sales data and user feedback to optimize product pages and user experience.

3. Traffic Allocation and Marketing Promotion:

Develop and execute traffic allocation plans, using various digital marketing methods to enhance brand awareness and traffic conversion. 

Monitor and optimize advertising performance to maximize ROI on traffic allocation.

Coordinate marketing promotion activities, collaborating with social media and other channels to enhance brand influence.

4. Team Management and Goal Achievement:

Lead and manage the e-commerce operations team, providing training and guidance to improve team professional capabilities.

Set team goals and performance evaluation standards, motivating team members to work efficiently.

Ensure smooth internal communication within the team to promote collaboration and innovation.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the e-commerce industry and 3 years in a management role. 
  • Experience in brand management and e-commerce operations of electronic products such as mobile phones, smartwatches, and tablets.
  • Familiarity with the operating rules and traffic allocation strategies of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
  • Strong procurement management and inventory monitoring skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong data analysis skills and market sensitivity, capable of formulating and adjusting strategies based on data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in cross-departmental teams.
  • Proficiency in English for workplace communication.
