Role Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven (Senior) Business Development Manager, ELSA Enterprise (Individual Contributor) to accelerate our growth within the corporate sector. This role focuses on expanding ELSAs presence by building strategic partnerships with medium to large enterprises, driving the adoption of our AI-powered English communication and training solutions across diverse industries.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B business development or enterprise sales, with a proven ability to engage senior decision-makers, design impactful partnership proposals, and manage end-to-end sales cycles. A keen interest in technology, AI, and learning innovation is essential, while prior experience selling SaaS or L&D (Learning & Development) solutions to corporate clients is a strong plus.
