The Position
The position will play an important role in assuring quality of OPSWAT Cybersecurity technologies and products at the highest level. As a member of the team, you will be involved in every stage of the software development life cycle.
What you will be doing
- Analyze/review product requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, test suites, and test scripts manually and automatically.
- Perform different types of testing: API testing, functional testing, integration testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, regression testing, …
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Utilize and improve the existing test framework to implement automated tests.
- Support customer escalations by creating reproducible bug reports and assisting in troubleshooting efforts.
What We Need From You
- BS Degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with any automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) and any scripting languages such as Python, Java/JavaScript, or Shell.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with test cases management tools such as Zephyr in JIRA or TestRail
- Good at reading and writing in English.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Welcome Fresh/New Graduated.
It Would Be Nice If You Have
- Experience working with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Cyber security domain experience, including file security, device security, network security etc...
