About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Developer to maintain and enhance our solar PV monitoring system, built on React.js, Node.js, PHP, and MySQL. Additionally, this role will explore and develop new services within the Microsoft ecosystem, such as dashboards/reports with Power BI, mobile apps with Power Apps, and process automation with Power Automate.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in full-stack development, as well as experience or willingness to work with the Microsoft Power Platform to create value-added services for the business.

Manage a team of 2 developers
1. Maintain and Enhance the Solar PV Monitoring System
- Ensure system security, stability, performance, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and database issues.
- Optimize React.js, Node.js, PHP, and MySQL components for better performance.
- Collaborate with business teams to implement new features.
- Implement security best practices and maintain system documentation.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring.
2. Develop New Services in the Microsoft Ecosystem
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for business insights.
- Develop mobile apps with Power Apps for field teams and operational support.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate.
- Integrate Microsoft tools with existing systems (SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, etc.).
- Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and propose innovative solutions.
