Our client is a top-notch IT services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and continuously update the Agile transformation roadmap, driving key initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Establish and monitor success metrics to assess Agile maturity, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives and promoting ongoing improvement.
  • Create, implement, and maintain Agile standards, frameworks, and best practices in line with the strategic direction set by the Agile Lead.
  • Support the scaling of Agile methodologies across large programs, enhancing collaboration and delivery effectiveness.
  • Design and facilitate in-depth training sessions to enhance Agile knowledge and skills across all organizational levels.
  • Provide customized coaching to teams, managers, executives, and staff to promote Agile values, improve performance, and overcome obstacles.
  • Lead and engage in communities of practice to foster a culture of Lean and Agile thinking, encouraging continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner closely with delivery teams, internal coaches, leadership, and stakeholders to develop the skills and mindset essential for successful Agile adoption.
  • Step into critical roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach when necessary to support team and organizational needs.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is advantageous).
  • Over 5 years of experience in Agile environments, including a minimum of 3 years in a dedicated Agile Coach role.
  • Proven leadership in driving Agile transformations within large-scale organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, along with other adaptive methodologies.
  • Skilled in coaching individuals and teams across all organizational levels to foster Agile maturity.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate team flow and cultivate self-organizing, high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experienced in conducting Agile training sessions for both teams and individuals.
  • Passionate about empowering teams and leading impactful change initiatives.
  • Brings a mindset rooted in agility, not just focused on frameworks but on values and continuous improvement.
  • Applies a human-centered, flexible coaching approach tailored to team dynamics and organizational needs

  • Salary review based on performance 6 months or every year based on basic salary
