UI UX Designer

Description

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand product goals and user needs.
Redesign and improve the UI of the existing product to make it more visually engaging and user-friendly.
Conduct user research and testing to ensure designs meet user expectations and needs.
Maintain design consistency across the product, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Work with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of designs and provide support throughout the product development lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and new tools to continuously improve the user interface.

Your Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UI Designer in a collaborative, agile environment.
Proven experience in creating, managing, and maintaining comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
High proficiency in Figma.
A strong portfolio showcasing diverse UI design projects, built design system highlighting attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Strong visual design skills, including a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Fluent in English, with a strong command of the language for seamless collaboration in an international team environment. The ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment and adapt to feedback.

Nice to have

Experience with UX design is a strong plus, particularly in applying UX principles to enhance the overall user experience.
Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
