Our client is a multinational IT company who is searching for talent to join their organization:
- Responsible for developing a brand of novel and scalable digital financial platforms and applications using modern engineering techniques.
- Design, establish and maintain new digital banking platform and customer channels.
- Carry out software features by involving in technical designs, and writing tests to ensure the superior delivery of the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Software Development and any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experienced in managing the quality of agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives.
- Expert at Management of Master Story List (MSL) and ensuring its smooth execution.
- Excellent negotiation and communication with team members and other stakeholders.
- Excellent conflict resolution skill.
- Good at visual representation and management of work in the sprint e.g. card walls and burn-up charts.
