Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Architect and maintain scalable, flexible backend systems for a fintech software product.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the data models powering core functionalities.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions while aligning the team around architectural best practices.
  • Document system designs and ensure alignment across engineering teams through clear communication.
  • Actively mentor developers through code reviews, technical coaching, and hands-on support.
  • Be involved in coding to troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks when required.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to align technical execution with business strategy and product roadmap.
  • Identify areas for continuous technical improvement and propose modern approaches.
  • Ensure component reusability and system scalability as a key design principle.
  • Lead and manage a small, high-performing engineering team.

Requirements

  • Solid background in technical leadership roles with hands-on team management.
    Minimum of 5–7 years in software development, especially backend system architecture.
  • Skilled in designing adaptable systems using Java Spring Boot and event-driven tools like Kafka.
  • In-depth experience working with modern API structures (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments (SCRUM preferred).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, multi-threading, offline storage, performance optimization, and security practices.
  • Mobile development experience (native or hybrid) is a plus.

Benefits

  • Compensation: 14 months of salary per year + project-based bonuses (if applicable) + extra benefit packages.
