Description

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator Specialist to join the Corporate IT team, with good experience in GLPI ITSM and CMDB, while also providing Level-2 support for corporate IT services.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure that IT services are structured, automated, measurable, and reliable
  • Work between the Service Desk (L1) and Infrastructure / Expert teams to ensure incidents, requests, changes, and assets are properly managed in GLPI
  • Work with Level 2 Experts to develop strategies, standards, IT skill sets and infrastructure directions
  • Deliver professional and timely services in relation with all office IT-infrastructure

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience enterprise IT support preferably in GLPI administration
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change, Asset, CMDB)
  • Proven experience in:
    - Designing and maintaining workflows, approvals, SLAs, escalation rules, and forms
    - Asset Management and CMDB with accurate relationships and lifecycle tracking
    - GLPI automation, scripting, and integrations
    - Dashboards, reporting, service catalogs, and knowledge base
  • Experience collaborating with L2 expert and infrastructure teams on:
    - Windows environment: Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, Windows endpoints
    - Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
    - Authentication, access, and security policies
  • Linux environment (Intermediate):
    - Linux servers and services
    - Log analysis and service troubleshooting
    - macOS workstation support basic
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and task management
  • Prefer working Shift-time (Support Group wide in Swiss timezone)
  • Flexible shift with compensation to be discussed during the interview process

Nice to have

  • Certifications Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • Ability to design efficient processes and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities
  • Proven ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to team members
