Job Description

We are looking for a motivated D365 Application Development Intern to support our team in designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications. This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise application development, business process automation, and cloud-based solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications.
• Work with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to build business solutions.
• Support integration of D365 with other enterprise applications using APIs and connectors.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Assist in writing and testing code using C# (.NET), JavaScript, and TypeScript for custom workflows and plugins.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and D365 reporting tools.
• Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of D365 applications
• Document technical processes, workflows, and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or any ERP/CRM system is a plus.
• Familiarity with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn enterprise application development.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with D365 development through coursework, projects, or internships.

Basic knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions) is a plus.

Understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
