[SX] Automation Software Tester (Selenium/ Java)

BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job Description

Develop, maintain and execute automation test cases for major projects, maintenance, and emergency releases

Design and implement automation tests scripts, debug and define corrective actions

Identify, analyze and report test results

Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system

Investigate defect reports from production support, isolate their causes, inform development teams for fixing and retest to ensure adequate resolutions.

Work closely with the PO and development teams to design testing strategies.

Work on the interpretation of quality assurance issues and problems for technical and non-technical users

Qualifications

2-3 year experience in automation testing for web-based, API and mobile applications with Selenium, Appium (Java, C#)

At least one programming language or scripting language you are comfortable with (C#, Java)

Good experience in writing new test cases based on requirements

Ability to effectively manage time, and arrange and carry out multiple tasks of different priorities

Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and responsive testing (Web, API and mobile)

Familiar with source version control tools.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and testing methodologies.
