We are seeking a Solution Analyst – CRM to join our team and support the continuous development and optimization of our CRM platforms. You will play a key role in gathering business requirements, translating them into system solutions, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
The ideal candidate has experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce or NetSuite CRM), strong communication skills, and familiarity with project/task management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
