Role Specifics

As a Junior Software Engineer (GenAI Specialized), you will support the integration of AI technologies into our products. You will apply your foundational knowledge in computer science and machine learning to assist in developing, implementing, and refining AI-driven features. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools while growing your skills within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to integrate AI features into our existing product suite.
• Assist in the development and implementation of AI-related algorithms, with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Support research and experimentation efforts aimed at improving AI model performance and scalability.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in AI and machine learning to contribute to innovative product ideas.
• Participate in coding, testing, and debugging tasks as part of the development lifecycle.
• Engage in team discussions and contribute to code reviews to help maintain a high standard of engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer science principles, including data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with Generative AI or large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, ChatGPT, BERT, etc.
• Proficiency in programming languages/frameworks such as Python, JavaScript/CSS/HTML, FastAPI, ReactJS, etc.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in AI or machine learning.
• Experience with data science tasks such as data preprocessing or basic analytics.
• Experience working with various teams, such as product managers, designers, and others.
• Interest in the prop tech industry or a background in real estate technology.
