Job Description

Power Apps Development (60%)

• Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Build custom connectors and integrations with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources.
• Develop and optimize UI/UX components to ensure a responsive and user-friendly experience.
• Implement Power Apps formulas, expressions, and logic for business rules and process automation.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring performance and security compliance.
• Maintain documentation, best practices, and guidelines for Power Apps solutions.

Power Automate Development 25%)

• Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows to optimize business operations.
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and third-party applications.
• Create and manage approval workflows, scheduled flows, and event-driven automation.
• Ensure workflows are optimized for performance, scalability, and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing automation solutions.

General Responsibilities (10%)

• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users for Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Keep up to date with Power Platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure governance, security, and compliance with company standards.

SQL Server Back-End Development (5%)

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases and stored procedures.
• Optimize database performance, indexing, and query execution.
• Ensure database security, integrity, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1-3 years of experience developing applications using Power Apps and automating processes with Power Automate.
• Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Canvas Apps development.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• Strong knowledge of Power Fx, JSON, and Expressions for logic implementation.
• Experience in custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook) integration.
• Experience with error handling, performance optimization, and debugging Power Platform applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A team player with a proactive mindset and self-learning ability.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
