Description
Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing process, including maintenance of assembly and testing process consistency, process mapping, data correlation, as well as the capability for failure analysis on the yield hitters and reliability issues from process perspectives, and post-ramp qualification and new process implementation.
Work for continues improvement to manufacturing process by data consolidation and optimization, result of HC reduction/efficiency improvements. Build up ML/AI in manufacturing process to achieve high quality of delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good Spoken and written English.
- 3+ work experience in technical operation or software engineering.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Data science/Computer science/software engineering.
- Basic data structures & algorithms
Preferred Qualifications
- Good project management skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with capability to work independently and under pressure.
- Experienced using process driven and analytical approaches to problems solving; good skill in statistical analysis.
- Experience working with international supply chain partners.
- SQL & Python for analysis (familiarity with SQL & any coding language is ok)
- Knowledge of common distributions in manufacturing (normal, lognormal, binomial, etc.)
- ML (Deep Learning/NN & Traditional ML)
- Basic shell scripting/API development/Factory/Edge ML Deployment
- Capability of communication with Chinese/Vietnamese would be a plus.
