Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering assigned projects, acting as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to plan, execute, and track project progress. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
• Act as an Account Manager for projects without a designated Project Manager, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Serve as a Scrum Master when needed, leading Agile ceremonies and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions and delays.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members.
• Monitor project budget and resource allocations. Track project expenses and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members, fostering their professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and project management best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build rapport with clients.
• Certified PMP
