Senior Project Manager (Blockchain)

This is a remote position.

• Oversee the entire project life cycle, covering initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with stakeholders, both clients and internal teams
• Facilitate effective communication between the development team and stakeholders
• Ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery of all projects
• Develop a comprehensive project plan for progress tracking
• Evaluate project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques
• Implement and oversee changes as needed to achieve project goals

• Demonstrate a successful history of leading and executing intricate projects within the DeFi and blockchain sphere
• Proficiency in English is essential, along with outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Demonstrate proven project management experience in the IT sector, with a preference for expertise in blockchain and DeFi projects
• Possess a solid understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi protocols
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Showcase effective leadership, decision-making, and team management capabilities
• Prefer candidates in Ho Chi Minh City
