JOB DESCRIPTION
SmartDev is seeking an experienced Senior Office Specialist with 5-6 years of experience to join our team in Da Nang. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on administrative tasks, internal communication, and employee relations. This full-time role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Administrative Task: Handle daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance. Ensure that the office environment is well organized and conducive to productivity.
- Internal Communication: Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring clear and effective communication. Organize and coordinate internal events, meetings, and announcements.
- Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees. Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly, and assist in resolving workplace issues. Support HR initiatives and contribute to a healthy and inclusive work culture.
- Policy implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding office policies and practices.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of office activities, including expenses, employee attendance, and other relevant data.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 - 6 years of experience in office administration with at least 1 year experience as an Senior Office Specialist or a related field.
- A College or Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
- Experience in employee relations and administrative management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
