We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master

Role Summary: As a Scrum Master at April, you will guide our teams to success.

You will lead two squads, implementing Agile Scrum best practices to ensure smooth, efficient and, high-quality communication and results.

 You will work closely with the Product Owner and the development team to deliver outstanding digital solutions and API services.

Your main responsibilities will be:

 Lead 2 squads

• Implement Agile Scrum best practices to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality communication and results
• Organize and manage sprints
• Measure and manage the team's capacity and velocity
• Organize and lead agile ceremonies for each squad (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and priorities
• Support the squads in the continuous improvement of their practices
• Act as a facilitator for the squads, particularly in addressing and managing the resolution of encountered issues
• Promote a culture of transparency and collaboration

 Specific Responsibilities:

 Support the front-end squad in developing innovative digital solutions.

• Support the back-end services squad in creating and maintaining robust and, high-performing API services.

 Desired Profile:

 Proven experience as a Scrum Master.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Ability to resolve conflicts and motivate the team.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
