The role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD/CS and S/4HANA Service Manager/Leader to join our team. This role encompasses responsibilities as a functional consultant, module lead in SAP implementation projects, and a leader within the Order to Cash competency team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP modules, strong business process knowledge, and exceptional leadership capabilities. 

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the functional consultant for SAP SD/CS and S/4HANA Service modules in implementation and support projects. 
  • Act as the module lead, overseeing configuration, testing, and deployment activities. 
  • Lead the Order to Cash competency team, driving team competency development initiatives to enhance functional and technical capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems. 
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and team members. 
  • Participate in presales activities, including customer requirement gathering and solutioning. 

What you’ll bring

Technical Skills 

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and CS (Customer Service) modules, preferably SAP S/4HANA Service, including configuration and best practices. 
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA platform. 
  • Proven experience in integrating SAP with other modules such as FI/CO, MM, and external systems using tools like SAP PI/PO, CPI, and MuleSoft. 
  • Strong understanding of business processes in order management, pricing, delivery, and customer service, with the ability to map these processes to SAP solutions. 
  • Proficiency in system configuration including master data, sales cycles, pricing, and special business processes such as third-party sales. 
  • Skilled in using technical tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software. 

Leadership and Management Skills 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with business stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex issues and develop innovative solutions. 
  • Strategic thinking to align SAP functionalities with overarching business objectives and stay abreast of industry trends.
