Sales Development Representative (Hanoi/Danang Onsite)

As part of SmartDev’s aggressive growth plan, we are looking to expand our Sales team.

Job Description

• Analyze and report the trends in the market and the company’s strategies to identify opportunities to cash in on.
• Identify and evaluate new customers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to identify potential clients in the IT sector.
• Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
• Work to improve the customer feedback channels and communication to ensure a constant flow of reviews from them.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, IT innovations, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Sales development or lead generation role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage with prospects and build strong relationships.
• Well-rounded professionals who can evaluate a business for its weaknesses and strengths.
• Business-minded, and willing to expand business development experience.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy.
• A solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effective.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
