Job Description

Rakuna is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Development Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and online community engagement. As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you will support day-to-day outreach activities and play a key role in building our brand visibility and customer pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Support LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to connect with potential leads
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying prospects through online research and CRM tools
  • Contribute to content planning and engagement across social media and online communities
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to propose creative outreach campaigns
  • Help track outreach and lead data, ensuring accuracy in CRM updates
  • Engage in online forums, social channels, and communities to promote Rakuna’s brand and build relationships
  • Learn and apply sales and marketing techniques in a real-world SaaS environment

Qualifications

  • University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Strong interest in B2B sales, marketing, and tech startups
  • Good written and spoken English - Mandatory
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and email professionally
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible and eager to learn
  • Experience with any CRM, sales tools, or content creation is a plus

Internship Details

  • Duration: Full-time, 6 months
  • Compensation: 2,500,000 VND/month
  • Lunch Allowance: 30,000 VND/day
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 2 Saturdays per month
  • Location: 156 Viet Hung Street, Viet Hung Ward, Hanoi
