Our client is a leading technology corporation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

  • Lead and oversee key strategic IT projects across areas such as system integration, cloud-native platforms, software development, and DevSecOps implementation.
  • Manage the overall project portfolio, ensuring proper prioritization, alignment with business goals, and efficient resource utilization.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation plans and delivery strategies to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
  • Establish and continuously improve PMO processes and frameworks, standardizing project governance and reporting mechanisms.
  • Oversee resource planning and management, ensuring optimal allocation and workload balance across concurrent projects.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement preventive or corrective measures to maintain project health and performance.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship for project management staff, fostering capability development and professional growth.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation and prepare progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by the Department Head to support organizational objectives and overall project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
    A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT project management.
  • Solid understanding of information technology fundamentals and familiarity with cloud computing services, DevSecOps implementation, or software development processes.
  • Strong skills in planning, negotiation, communication, and presentation, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks, work collaboratively in teams, and perform independently when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common project management tools.
  • Possession of a Project Management certification is a strong advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in English, with the capability to read technical materials, write reports, and communicate professionally via email.
