Our client is a global company specialized in technology, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Engage with managers across various functions and levels to advocate, coordinate, and drive promising ideas into decisions, actions, and successful execution.
  • Initiate discussions to uncover project challenges, identify solutions, and lead the implementation process.
  • Work closely with project leaders to shape and drive organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring plans.
  • Develop actionable project strategies that align with both short-term and long-term goals in collaboration with leadership.
  • Translate strategic objectives into tangible steps for growth, performance management, and operational execution.
  • Foster strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular project assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments and progress reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a leading university.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide and manage teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong ability to understand and prioritize technical issues at a high level.
  • Self-starter mentality, with the ability to initiate and complete projects independently.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proven track record of troubleshooting challenges.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in overseeing end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a resourceful and proactive approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • Ability to anticipate risks, diagnose issues quickly, and implement effective solutions.
  • Multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in data science or data engineering is a plus.
  • Background in quantitative analysis or finance is preferred.
