Our client is a global company specialized in technology, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Engage with managers across various functions and levels to advocate, coordinate, and drive promising ideas into decisions, actions, and successful execution.
- Initiate discussions to uncover project challenges, identify solutions, and lead the implementation process.
- Work closely with project leaders to shape and drive organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring plans.
- Develop actionable project strategies that align with both short-term and long-term goals in collaboration with leadership.
- Translate strategic objectives into tangible steps for growth, performance management, and operational execution.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular project assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments and progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a leading university.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide and manage teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong ability to understand and prioritize technical issues at a high level.
- Self-starter mentality, with the ability to initiate and complete projects independently.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proven track record of troubleshooting challenges.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in overseeing end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a resourceful and proactive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Ability to anticipate risks, diagnose issues quickly, and implement effective solutions.
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in data science or data engineering is a plus.
- Background in quantitative analysis or finance is preferred.
