Desired Profile:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree with a good understanding of software engineering practices.
8-12 years of industry experience leading projects for product engineering companies.
Technical Skills - J2EE, Weblogic / Websphere, XML, UML Oracle. These are must.
A proven track record of successful project management and a demonstrated ability to organize, lead and manage across functions and organizations.
Experience in managing or developing products and solutions in the BFSI Space. Preferably in Trade and Supply Chain, Payments & Corporate Banking domain
Must possess a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives (with varying levels of complexity) from start-up to successful completion.
Individual needs to be a result oriented self-starter with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and excellent project and personal organizational skills.
Must be a team player/leader with a demonstrated ability to communicate with skills in leadership, communication, initiative, planning, organization, problem solving and multi-tasking with all levels of co-workers and stakeholders.
Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
PMP / other project management certification/s strongly preferred
