About the job
As a Project Manager within our Mavis Ecosystem, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring seamless integration for game developers onto our Ronin platform. You'll lead the charge, ensuring projects hit deadlines and we continuously improve the self-service onboarding experience. If you’re fueled by a passion for gaming, blockchain, and project management, this role is tailor-made for you.
Responsibilities
Developer Onboarding & Facilitation
- Collaborate closely with game developers throughout their journey—from onboarding to development, launch, growth, and monetization.
- Guide studios as they integrate with our services and deploy on our platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure successful onboarding, service integration, game launches, and NFT/item sales.
- Prioritize robust integration and quality assurance, especially during critical events like airdrops and sales.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Be the communication hub between game developers, our growth & publishing team, and engineering teams.
- Ensure alignment on project goals, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Proactively review, communicate, and coordinate responses to any risks or challenges that may impact the projects.
Process Streamlining & Self-Service Enhancement
- Continuously review and improve processes for efficiency.
- Identify areas where we can empower studios with more self-service capabilities or automate processes from our end.
Requirements
Project Management Experience
- Proven track record in managing complex projects, ideally within the gaming or blockchain industry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Technical Acumen
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, Ethereum, and NFTs.
- Comfortable discussing technical aspects with developers.
Effective Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Mindset
