Your responsibilities
- Adhere to the service process, best practices & principles
- Produce efficient and high quality delivery via learning on the job
- Delivery of high quality service together with the team, including analyzing, processing, troubleshooting, tests, documentation
- Write the technical specs and detailed specs for the tasks
- Self-manage tasks as per the timelines and quality
Your qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or related
- Elementary HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills is required
- Able to read and write technical documents in the English language
- Passionate, pro-active and keen to learn new technologies (or moving to mission part)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English is required
- At least 2 years experience working in IT industries
- Strong time management skills, able to identify and prioritize urgent / critical requests
- Good technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good at logical and critical thinking to propose accurate solution to customers
Nice to have
- Elementary SQL and/or web services knowledge is a plus
- Has a strong customer oriented mindset
- Knowing French is a strong plus
- Experience with software testing, designing, or programming
