Be part of the huge digital transformation at Bosch in the biggest sector „Mobility Solutions”

Due to the ERP Change from R3 to S/4HANA we’re looking for you to support us in the worldwide rollouts of our new Extended Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM) and Transport Management (SAP TM) in automotive warehouses for original equipment business.

• Act as process expert and consultuant for global rollout projects
• Organize, execute and develop training modules for warehouse staff
• Implement processes (setup, testing, training, go-live, support)
• Connect warehouse operations with our IT-applications for best productivity
• Consult to get stadardized best-practice processes and IT solutions in our warehouses  
• Improve processes, take part in the Buisiness Requirement Management
• Understand and consider interfaces to other modules and processes in ERP System
• Mentoring and training new team members and ensuring their integration into the team

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations sales & dispatch or experience in SAP S/4HANA modules EWM and TM
• High affinitiy towards processes & IT
• Passion to shape the future, open-minded, teamplayer
• Strong interpersonal, communication and moderation skills
• Experience in project management or rollout with E2E implementation
• Excellent English skills written and spoken
• Willingness to travel
