1. Job Description

• Research, update and provide in-depth information on the distribution company's solutions.
• Present and introduce solutions to partners and customers
• Train the partner's sales staff on the company's products
• Survey the needs and advise on optimal solutions for end customers.
• Support partners in preparing technical documents, solution profiles, and product technical requirements for customer procurement
• Develop and systematize documents for product consulting (product introduction documents, solution presentation slides, technical requirements, sample BOMs, comparison information, ...)

2. Candidate Requirements

• Professional qualifications: Graduated from university/college with good grades or higher, majoring in IT or Telecommunication.
• Foreign language proficiency: Able to read and research documents in English, as well as communicate with foreign partners.
• At least 02 years of experience working in the field of IT, Security
• Experience in consulting and understanding of solutions, network technology - security is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and support colleagues in the agency
• Dynamic, creative and able to withstand high work pressure.
