As a .NET Backend Technical Lead, you will lead a dynamic, Agile team and help build cutting-edge solutions that enable businesses to grow and thrive in the digital world. This role is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to global-scale solutions.

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture

  • Design and implement data flows using Microservices in a Cloud-Native environment to ensure scalability and system stability.
  • Evaluate and select suitable technologies (frameworks, tools, platforms) for backend systems.
  • Write and review technical specifications to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with architectural principles.

System Deployment & Maintenance

  • Manage system deployment on AWS EKS/Kubernetes with Docker and integrate CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshooting and addressing any arising issues.

Development & Code Review

  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using .NET Core and follow Clean Code and SOLID principles.
  • Review and approve team members' code to ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and support team members to improve technical skills and performance.

Project Management

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to analyze requirements, plan, and manage project timelines.
  • Oversee the software development process, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborate with teams such as Frontend, QA, and DevOps to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for complex issues encountered by team members.

Required Skills and Experience

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead or Senior Developer role.
  • Proficient in backend technologies such as C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
  • Hands-on experience in system design with Microservices and Cloud-Native Computing.
  • Strong understanding of relational database modeling and design with Postgres/MSSQL.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Event-driven Architecture.
  • Familiarity with Document DB modeling and Elasticsearch.
  • Experience with AWS S3, KAFKA, and Message Queues.
  • Experience with DevOps, SysOps in AWS, and Git CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Node.js.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
