About the Role:

We're seeking a strategic Marketing Lead to spearhead our B2B initiatives, focusing on comprehensive strategy, impactful campaigns, and strong brand presence. This role demands a data-driven leader with proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and team leadership. You'll drive our online visibility and collaborate closely with stakeholders to exceed business goals.

1. Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to recommend strategic adjustments to marketing and business development initiatives.

2. Campaign Management & Performance:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee diverse marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media campaigns, digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and print media.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing effectiveness against defined goals, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

3. Brand Management:

  • Manage and enhance the company's brand voice, image, and positioning consistently across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are strictly adhered to in all marketing initiatives and communications.

4. Digital Presence & Performance:

  • Drive and optimize the company's online presence, including SEO, SEM, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Monitor and continuously improve online visibility, website performance, social media reach, and engagement, encompassing email marketing, media management (Google, LinkedIn), and event/webinar oversight.

5. Content Strategy & Development:

  • Oversee the creation and strategic distribution of all marketing content, including blog posts, video, brochures, and press releases.
  • Manage website content and updates, explicitly including social media, website, email content, and other sales collateral.

6. Department & Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing environment.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.

7. Budget Management:

  • Develop, allocate, and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Monitor spending to ensure that marketing costs align with the set budget.

8. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to communicate customer feedback and market demands.
  • Report on marketing activities and collaborate with other stakeholders in a transparent and collaborative manner.

9. Other Duties:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

Technical skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8+ years of marketing experience B2B, including 4+ years in a strategic/leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies (digital, branding, content, multi-channel campaigns).
  • Proficient in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
