Provide Creative Direction: Inspire and guide our talented team of designers to take our marketing creative efforts to the next level - providing clear, constructive feedback to ensure all creative output authentically reflects Lovepop's unique “art x engineering" brand identity and delivery of magical moments.
Lead Creative Production: Own the end-to-end creative production workflow for digital marketing assets (social media ads/posts, email visuals, website banners, digital ad creative, short-form video), from initial brief received through feedback rounds to final, polished delivery, adapting processes for the Marketing Creative team structure.
Champion Brand Standards: Act as a dedicated brand guardian for all marketing creative, ensuring visual and tonal consistency with Lovepop's guidelines, values, and product aesthetics across every touchpoint. Develop creative marketing assets that build the Lovepop brand.
Drive Performance Through Creativity: Partner with channel managers and analytics partners to understand creative performance data. Use these insights to inform creative iterations and future strategies aimed at boosting engagement and conversion (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
- Process management: Architect an effective and efficient process for our creative pipeline and an organized and effective approach to our asset database.
Drive Process excellence: Work in partnership with the Director of Product Marketing to Implement and manage streamlined asset creation processes across the US and Vietnam organizations. Drive consistent improvement over time. Ensure Lovepop digital assets system is effectively executed and organized.
Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with Marketing and Merchandising to deeply understand campaign goals, channel requirements, and target audiences. Translating these needs into compelling visual content, ensuring brand cohesion and project goals are met.
- A+ team: Lead an A+ Marketing Creative team by recruiting talented people, accurately assessing talent, making quick executive decisions, and providing the team strategic direction, mentorship, and accountability.
Plan and Leverage Resources: plan team capacity and manage resources for all creative marketing projects and hit or exceed all timelines. Plan and scope for training and scaling of rendering, 3D animation, photography, video capabilities to support all marketing initiatives.
Build New Capabilities: Recruit, develop and scale product packaging design capabilities within the Marketing Creative team. Contribute to building a culture of excitement and accountability within the Vietnam Design team.
