We’re currently looking for many open positions on .Net Web Developers and Ruby on Rails (RoR) developers to serve our client’s expansion in 2012.

 Job Description:

As a Web developer, you are an expert in using the dynamic programming tools and languages that fuel the Web. You might work independently or be part of a team that builds and integrates Web sites, applications, and services for both internal and public sites. Your role is to make it work, which means developing Web applications and testing them on various browsers, enhancing and modifying them as necessary to ensure the best experience for the user. You must have an in-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to communicate project status, issues, and resolutions.

 We are looking for a creative problem solver with critical thinking skills who will be an enthusiastic team player.  The person in this position will be expected to work under minimal supervision and provide high-quality software programming, design, support, and testing.  This person must be someone who defines success through delivering high-quality code in a frequent, timely manner.

  Skill and experiences:

• .NET C#
• ASP NET
• Javascript
• CSS
• Service Oriented Architecture - design, build, and implement Web services
• Write and maintain best practices and standards for web development
• Minimum 2 years full- time web development experience 

  Bonus skills:

• SQL Server 2008
• ASP.NET MVC
• jQuery
• Test Driven Development (TDD) 

  Responsibility Scope:

• 60 percent coding
• 30 percent testing
• 10 percent support and communication tasks

  Requirements:

Strong analytical skills

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

 II.                Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developers Job Requirements:

  Skill and experiences: 

• JavaScript / CSS
• Ruby on Rails
• Experience creating Single-Page Applications
• Service Oriented Architecture - design, build, and implement Web services
• Write and maintain best practices and standards for web development
• Minimum 2 years full- time web development experience 

  Bonus skills: 

• Ext JS
• Test Driven Development (TDD) 

  Responsibility Scope:

• 60 percent coding

  Requirements:
